It consisted of a new Front Entry Building (Gate House) including a Security Control room, Sally Port truck access area and modern public entrance through to new Management Security gates.

The Eastern side of the site consists of 10 x 4 bedroom accommodation units, which include modern bathrooms and a laundry facility. Also included in each unit is a stainless steel kitchen with appliances, dining and living area.

Externally, is an extensive limestone retaining wall with ramp access to the lower section of the site. The large main stair leads to central timber deck area, which flows onto a pathway access to the front of all units and leads to a sandpit play area.

A main part of the project was the removal and installation of Inner and Outer security fencing with a new response road and the installation of CCTV cameras and security system.

The project was a huge success with both the client and the architect extremely happy with BADGE. The project was completed inside the adjusted time frames and came within the budgets allowed for a project of this size and nature.
