This two-stage project at an eastern Adelaide secondary college involved the demolition of existing facilities to make way for a new Science, Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) building.

Stage 1 included the demolition and rebuild of the existing heritage structure to provide additional administration and student services areas with learning areas.

Stage 2 included the demolition of the existing science building and the construction of a new 2 storey Science, Arts and STEM facility which also included outdoor areas and landscaping works.

In addition to these works, Concordia College awarded BADGE the refurbishment of the ICT office, Peace Wing toilets, locker shelter, car park, and the construction of the new Chapel Balcony which were completed on time and under budget along with the administration and science buildings.
