The Defence Logistics Transformation Program involved construction in both South Australia and Western Australia. The project was managed by our SA office, with local teams completing the respective works.

To improve Defence’s internal efficiency, the DLTP project focused on renewing and consolidating the wholesale and retail logistics functions that support the department.

The SA suite of works included construction of a new headquarters building, loan and repair pool warehouse, vehicle storage hardstand, ultra wide band testing facility, regional clothing store and indoor weapons test fire facility. We undertook these works at RAAF Base Edinburgh and the Defence Science and Technology Organisation (DSTO).

At Palmer Barracks and HMAS Stirling in WA, our team made minor internal modifications to an existing warehouse, constructed a new hardstand and indoor weapons training facility, and treated existing buildings with refurbishment and extension.
