New European technology was sourced to thaw frozen product, resulting in better product yield. At the same time, the new technology allowed significantly less water usage than the previous thawing techniques.
As the facility was to remain operational at all times during the project works, services upgrades and interfaces were carefully scheduled by our team. The care taken to ensure that the works met these schedules avoided downtime and production interruption for the client.
The BADGE team managed both the planning, design and construction of the improvement works, including the installation and commissioning of the new specialist equipment.
