A new gymnasium, outdoor plaza and additions to existing buildings were delivered under the second stage of a three-part redevelopment master plan for Xavier College, in Adelaide’s north.
The scope of works at the Catholic, co-educational college included:
- A student services hub – an addition to an existing 2 storey building
- Contemporary learning classroom – an addition to an existing 2-storey building
- Gymnasium with double basketball court
- Outdoor plaza area and canopy
- Associated civil works which include an amphitheatre and extensive landscaping
This project was completed six weeks ahead of schedule to the delight of the school community.

This project was Highly Commended at the 2017 South Australian MBA Building Excellence Awards, in the Commercial Refurbishment/Redevelopment $5m-$15m category.
