The journey began with a six-month Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase, allowing us to work closely with Bulla and their consultants to refine the design, improve buildability and ensure cost and program certainty. Construction commenced with the first footing poured in September 2024. Over the following 11 months, we delivered the full build and achieved Practical Completion in August 2025, finishing four months ahead of the contractual date.

The new facility accommodates two production lines, with provision for a third. It includes a custom-designed refrigeration system and fully coordinated hydraulic, fire, electrical, mechanical, communications and security services.

Our site team was based in Colac throughout the build to ensure continuity and hands-on management.
