Stage One, completed ahead of schedule, delivered 11 contemporary buildings and facilities for up to 813 students. The development includes general and specialist learning areas, science labs, arts and design studios, and technology and training spaces, offering students access to a wide range of academic and practical subjects.

Beyond the classrooms, the project delivered a full suite of supporting infrastructure, including staff amenities, covered outdoor areas, a refectory, and dedicated sports facilities. Accessibility was prioritised throughout the campus, with inclusive design features and covered walkways connecting key areas.

Extensive landscaping brings the campus to life, creating welcoming outdoor spaces that enhance student well-being. With its thoughtful design and community focus, Collingwood Park Secondary School sets a strong foundation for learning in one of Ipswich’s fastest-growing areas.
