The purpose of this redevelopment was to provide the growing local community with a leading regional ‘community hub’. The high quality end product consists of three multi-use indoor courts, function room, bar, club rooms, administration and ancillary support spaces as well as amenities for the community.

BADGE took the lead in resolving any documentation issues with the architect directly, which the Client allowed as they valued our input and construction experience. This approach finalised issues quickly and allowed us to hand over the project on time and on budget.

On this regional project BADGE wanted to give opportunity to local trades. However due to the size of the project and the quality that was required by the client and us we knew for this to be successful we would have to split the trade packages. This approach proved to result in success for all involved and we achieved our local trades goal.

This project was delivered to an extremely happy council client, on program and under budget – which is attributed to our collaborative approach and excellent working relationship with all stakeholders.
