A new gymnasium, outdoor plaza and additions to existing buildings were delivered under the second stage of a three-part redevelopment master plan for Xavier College in Adelaide’s north.
The scope of works at the Catholic co-educational college included:
- A student services hub
- A contemporary learning classroom
- A gymnasium with double basketball court
- An outdoor plaza area and canopy
- Associated civil works including an amphitheatre and extensive landscaping
To the delight of the school community, the project was completed six weeks ahead of schedule.

This project was Highly Commended at the 2017 South Australian MBA Building Excellence Awards in the Commercial Refurbishment/Redevelopment $5m-$15m category.
