At time of completion in 2013, the aged care facility is the largest built in Queensland and a flagship facility for Southern Cross Care Queensland.
The multi-storey facility has a number of specialist floors dedicated to the care of residents living with dementia and other age related health issues.
The independent living apartments have luxuriously appointed furnishings and sweeping views towards the Brisbane CBD.
The facility also includes a café, restaurant, full kitchen facilities, multi-media theatre, beauty salon and library.
External finishes included specialist walkways and entrances for disabled residents.
