The BADGE Group has created a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) to plan and account for our commitment to reconciliation.
As a Non-Indigenous Business Partner in a commercial construction company with Indigenous Business Partners (NACP Projects Australia), the RAP is critical to help us understand the importance of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander cultures and how we can best support our colleagues and their communities.
Our inaugural ‘Innovate’ RAP was formally endorsed by Reconciliation Australia in April 2020 and provides key steps to establish our own unique approach to reconciliation.
By implementing an Innovate RAP, we will develop our approach to driving reconciliation through business activities, services and programs, and develop mutually beneficial relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stakeholders.
