Jim Whiting founded BADGE in 1983. As Managing Director Jim has steered the organisation to become one of Australia’s largest…  privately owned commercial construction companies. In 2016 BADGE was the 174th largest private company in Australia. Jim is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Building, the Past Chairman and member of the MBA (SA) Industrial Relations Committee and a MBA (SA) Past President. Within the broader community, he holds positions as the Past Chairman and member of the Sacred Heart College Foundation, a Past Chairman of Aquinas College and a Patron of the Hutt Street Centre. He is also the Chairman of the MRS Harmony Property Group. Jim is Chairman of the BADGE Board.Read more…

Roger Zammit has more than 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, having held a number of project and leadership roles in…  both the public and private sector. Joining the BADGE Group in 2003, Roger initially led the Project Management Division, delivering a number of significant projects across Australia in the food and beverage sector. In 2007 Roger was appointed BADGE SA State Manager, delivering business growth through client service and the development of personnel. From 2009, Roger has been responsible for the management of the BADGE Group, ensuring the organisation is working with synergy to achieve its vision and organisational goals. Mark Wyatt has more than 30 years experience in the construction, retail and project management sectors. Mark commenced with BADGE in 1994 and has held senior positions with the Badge Group including State Manager Queensland and State Manager SA. …  Mark, combining his significant project management experience in retail and food processing projects has been instrumental in tendering, winning and delivering various projects ranging from $5m to $60m throughout Queensland, South Australia and other states.
In January 2017 Mark moved to a national role as Group Construction Manager

During his term as SA State Manager Nick led the division during a time of growth and has overseen the development of personnel who have gone onto secure management positions within the company. In July 2017 Nick took over responsibility for the Business functions of the Group. He is a member of the Master Builder’s Association SA Council of Management.Read more…

Heath has held senior positions on multiple major projects in South Australia – including the $220 million Adelaide Airport, the $1 billion Adelaide Desalination Plant and $2 billion New Royal Adelaide Hospital .Read more…
