This project involved constructing three facilities on separate but adjacent sites, housing the Police, Fire, and Ambulance emergency services. Designed to enhance public safety, the development incorporates specialised features tailored to the unique needs of each service.

The Police Service Facility includes high-security cells built with intensive safety measures. Advanced acoustic ratings and detailed construction elements ensure a secure and soundproof environment, meeting the demanding requirements of law enforcement operations.

The Fire Service Facility features a prominent steel ‘fire tower,’ designed for critical training exercises. This structure supports fire and rescue personnel in developing essential emergency response skills. Additionally, all sections of the project are equipped with interfaced turnout systems that link with automatic gates, roller shutters, essential services and integrated signage systems to facilitate seamless access and efficient operations.

This facility will serve the residents and businesses of the emerging ‘Aura’ development in Caloundra, strengthening emergency response capabilities for the growing community.
