This two-stage project at an eastern Adelaide secondary college involved the demolition of existing facilities to make way for a new Science, Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) building.

  • Sector Education
  • Client Concordia College
  • Location Highgate SA
  • Value $13.3M
  • Contract Construction Management

The initial stage saw us carry out a demolition and rebuild of an existing heritage structure to provide additional administration and student services areas. This was followed by the demolition of the existing science building and the construction of the new two-storey STEM facility with landscaped outdoor spaces.

Alongside the main works, we also refurbished the school’s ICT office, Peace Wing toilets, locker shelter and car park, and constructed a new Chapel Balcony.

Our collaborative team approach ensured the two phases were delivered to the highest standard and exactly on schedule to meet the school’s operational requirements. The works were also completed under budget, providing extra value for the school.
