Stage two of this premier retirement living community, located in Sinnamon Park, involved the development of a modern four-storey building comprising 50 stylish two and three bedroom retirement living units, as well as essential ancillary spaces. This addition was carefully integrated into an already operational aged care and retirement living site, ensuring minimal disruption to residents and staff throughout the construction process. The thoughtfully designed apartments feature spacious layouts with large balconies that provide residents with serene views of the existing pool and beautifully maintained gardens.

Each unit includes a dedicated office or study area, catering to the evolving lifestyle needs of retirees by offering space for hobbies, remote work, or quiet relaxation. As part of the project, several premium amenities were incorporated to enhance residents’ quality of life. A cinema was constructed, providing a comfortable and immersive entertainment experience for movie nights and community events.
