The new Creative Arts & Performance Building at University of the Sunshine Coast features an internal performance area plus flexible outdoor spaces.

Works included the demolition of existing demountable buildings and the removal of old infrastructure, followed by the construction of a performing arts building with AV equipment, storage, music and performance recording and editing facilities, and external works.

The facility is now the creative heart of the university and a nexus for creative industries across the Sunshine Coast.

This was the 14th project we have undertaken for the University of the Sunshine Coast, and we are proud again to have partnered with them to deliver an exciting and much-anticipated facility.
