Heritage elements such as the gables and brickwork were to be emulated in the new design. Access to this site was very tight with low branches along the entire street and there was a priority on the protection of these trees which were heritage listed.

The construction team utilised an innovative solution to form the internal structural walls and retaining structures to save cost and time during the project, a pre formed system known as AFS.

The students and staff can now enjoy their new multi-level building which contains administration function spaces, a library, twelve General Learning Areas (including prep classrooms), two specialty spaces, a tuck shop, uniform shop and breakout spaces.
