This design and construct sporting facility is located on the Chancellor State Secondary College campus, in Sippy Downs on the Sunshine Coast.

The works consisted of the demolition and removal/relocation of the existing external courts, and the design and construction of an enclosed sports hall and smaller ancillary buildings.
The hall is a 2730m2 building of steel construction and includes two multipurpose courts, stores, foyer, change rooms and a main stage area. The ancillary buildings include a kineseology lab and theory rooms, a toilet block, kiosk and staff areas.
Some interesting features of the build included a large retractable seating structure, to seat 1000 people, a timber sports floor that had to be transported from interstate and a $500,000 audio visual lighting set.
The existing school remained operational during the construction period, and a traffic management plan was put into place, avoiding school pick up and drop off times to keep everyone safe.
