The Hardened & Networked Army (HNA) project at the Murray Bridge Camp Facility provides significant infrastructure to assist Defence in strengthening the Army’s protection, mobility, firepower and communications.

  • Sector Defence
  • Client Department of Defence
  • Location Murray Bridge SA
  • Value $11M
  • Contract Construct Only

We carried out demolition of existing buildings and clearance of vegetation to allow construction of new facilities, including permanent working accommodation buildings, kitchen and dining areas, training rooms and ablutions, and new common user facilities in line with Army and RAAF requirements.

The updated camp facilities give the Army’s 1st Brigade and other local and visiting units enhanced training opportunities in a more complex, rural and realistic environment.

Our team demonstrated great organisation in programming trades and subcontractor access on the secure site, so that pending clearance approvals did not disrupt the schedule. Our successful completion of this project set the precedent for several more Defence projects we have delivered Australia-wide.
