Timber sports courts, offices, grandstand seating, kitchen and amenities provide the Northside Wizards Basketball Club and several other community sporting groups, a new home.

Key works involved:

  • Demolition and modification of some existing structures
  • Construction of five new timber sports courts (including sports equipment and seating), new offices, amenities, a kitchen, mezzanine/grandstand seating, change rooms, and a new entrance with a lift
  • New roof sheeting
  • External works including car park adjustments.

With a commitment to building collaborative relationships that connected with the end user community, our Design Manager reviewed the supplied documentation and identified items around compliance for commercial construction and recreational facilities and provided advice on amending them to ensure positive program and budget outcomes.
