Continuing the long established relationship with the University of the Sunshine Coast, BADGE recently completed the construction of a three-storey, reinforced concrete framed structure on piled foundations.

The USC Sippy Downs Collaborative Learning Hub contains:

The roof is structural steel with metal roof finish. The façade is a combination of fibre cement cladding, glazing, special cladding materials and brickwork.
The building is fully serviced and finishes include off form concrete floors and wall finishes. Additional high quality landscaping has created further appeal along with the external walkways and bio retention system.
The variation of materials used with the construction work well in combination, complementing the use of the building.
