Having originally qualified as an Industrial Designer, Clint spent his early career working on projects overseas before returning to Australia to specialise in the design and construction of unique commercial projects. … This led him to the area of food & beverage which he enjoys for the continual challenge and industry development.
Clint has a creative mind and works with his team to innovate and challenge concepts that provide clients with business efficiencies and ideas that may not previously have been considered. He is passionate about the future of the food & beverage industry in Australia and seeing clients, no matter the size of operations, grow and succeed.
Clint has worked with food and beverage clients such as Inghams Enterprises (poultry), Murray Goulburn (cheese) and ALDI (grocery).

With a background as an architect, Brendon provides his clients with a design capability that is detailed and process driven. … Having now spent over a decade with BADGE in the food & beverage division, Brendon’s expertise in the design and also construction of facilities in this sector is incredibly unique.
He has overseen the delivery of a number of projects across Australia for a variety of different clients and values, ranging from $2m – $65m. His ability to work with a client to truly understand the process and then provide input into a project to make improvements to process efficiency, engineering, waste management or product selection is highly sought after.
Brendon has worked for clients such as Murray Goulburn (cheese), TEYS Australia (red meat), Inghams Enterprises (poultry) and Coca-Cola Amatil (beverage) and has developed exceptional relationships with food and beverage specialists across the country.

Simon Crabb
Simon CrabbClient Manager
Simon has had an extensive 25 year career working in the food industry both in Australia and abroad. …  After leaving secondary studies he went to Canada and then the UK working for large vertically integrated poultry companies before returning home to study and work through the ranks with his brother at Aldinga Turkeys, their family owned business.
Inghams Enterprises purchased Aldinga Turkeys in 2005 and the Simon moved to Inghams’ Head Office in Sydney having being appointed a divisional General Manager. A move to Brisbane in 2013 was to head up a new poultry division for Primo Smallgoods before returning to South Australia in 2016.
With over two decades in the industry, Simon has an enormous number of food industry and equipment contacts. He is now working with the BADGE team to ensure that client operational requirements are foremost and that their place in the Australian food and beverage industry is successful now and in to the future.
