Our operations regularly pass external auditing in line with strict international certification standards. On top of that, we add an extra layer of safety with our own rigorous internal audit programme, and we assign expert safety management staff to each of our sites.
We have refocused our commitment to quality and safety through the introduction of the SAFETY, QUALITY, ALWAYS statement. This important message is displayed across our signage and apparel and is further reinforced with the introduction of an internal award for projects which display excellence in quality and safety.
We also support our workplace health practices with specialist industry partnerships. For example, our support of MATES in Construction provides workers with industry-specific mental health programs and on-site training.
